PRINCIPAL: Ben Sewell
Ben Sewell specialises in debt recovery and insolvency law. Ben is committed to developing recovery solutions for his clients.

Ben manages a streamlined debt collection practice and his clients include mercantile agents, credit managers and financial controllers. Other aspects of Ben's practice include insolvency law and commercial litigation.

Before commencing private practice, Ben was an Associate to a District Court Judge in Sydney.

Ben has completed the Insolvency Practitioners Association's Advanced Insolvency Course and his other qualifications include a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of NSW and a Master of Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
